PrimeWay Total RNA Extraction Kit is a rapid reliable kit to isolate high-quality total RNA from various type of samples, including bacteria, yeast, cell cultures, animal tissue, insects, white blood cells and plant. It uses silica-based spin column to isolate and purify good quality total RNA. On-Column DNase treatment is incorporated into the kit to remove DNA during extraction. The purified total RNA is ready for applications such as cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, Northern blotting, poly (A+) RNA purification, microarray analysis, transcriptome sequencing (RNA-Seq), etc.
