The successful digestion of BSA and FS by both ProteoBind On-Column Proteolytic Digestion Kit and Brand P methods was indicated by the absence of the 66kDa target protein in the digested samples and the presence of 10kDa peptides.

The LCMS data indicated that all samples were successfully digested. Based on the intensity, ProteoBind-digested BSA and FBS exhibited higher intensity, suggesting a potentially higher abundance.

Both ProteoBind and Brand P were loaded with 45.56 µg to measure the concentration of digested protein. The concentrations were measured using the BCA Protein Assay (Polynomial 3). In the graph, ProteoBind shows a higher concentration of digested protein compared to Brand P, and this concentration remains at a consistent level throughout the assay.
