Master mix is convenient and easy to use but may not be more suited for routine and uncomplicated PCRs such as genotyping.

exTEN II works great for our experiments, definitely considering the product moving forward.

We requested to try Axil[1st BASE]’s new DMEM and see if it can be used for replacing our current DMEM sourced from overseas manufacturers. We were happy with the results, the product was sterile and fit our criteria very well. We did not see any reduction in cell growth nor any other negative effect. We will purchase more since Axil[1st BASE]’s DMEM is highly competitive price-wise.

DMEM, 1L, with pyruvate

The high fidelity version (exTEN II) worked well. Extracted my gene of interest and the sequencing results were good. Happy about it.

The composite of media is similar to [Brand G]’s high glucose DMEM with L-Glutamine and Sodium Pyruvate (Cat no#: 11995065). My SHSY5Y cells, which have been growing with [Brand G] DMEM, were able to grow equally well with 1st BASE’s DMEM media.

DMEM Culture media (CUL-1100-1L)

The product works well for total RNA extraction from E. coli with high purity and yield. Overall, I would recommend it.

Fairly easy to use, great without needing loading dye.
