The product works well for total RNA extraction from E. coli with high purity and yield. Overall, I would recommend it.

Fairly easy to use, great without needing loading dye.

REDiant Gen II produces bands with slightly higher intensity than exTEN Gen II.

It seem to be work well compared to high fidelity mix which we bought for pcr product cloning.
