| SS1012 | DNA Sequencing Sample Preparation - PCR Clean-up | This service is recommended for customer that wants to purify their DNA template before subsequent decision of more sequencing services from the same DNA template. PCR clean-up recovers all dsDNA and removes the excess PCR reagents and PCR primers. Hence, it is recommended for single band-product.

| SS1014 | DNA Sequencing Sample Preparation - Gel Extraction by General Agarose | When there are multiple DNA bands from the single DNA template, gel extraction is required to eliminate the non-target dsDNA. Customer to indicate the specific fragment size to be excised.

| SS1017 | DNA Sequencing Sample Preparation - Plasmid Extraction | Customer to provide colony plate prepared from single colony, vector name, antibiotic resistant and concentration of antibiotic. Fresh colony plate (not more than 2 weeks) or fresh broth (not more than 1 month) is recommended.
