The composite of media is similar to [Brand G]’s high glucose DMEM with L-Glutamine and Sodium Pyruvate (Cat no#: 11995065). My SHSY5Y cells, which have been growing with [Brand G] DMEM, were able to grow equally well with 1st BASE’s DMEM media.
